Thames Estuary Gun Club

Welcome to Thames Estuary Gun Club (TEGC).

Our club is situated in the South East of Essex.

The club was formed in the 1970's.

This club is for different types of target shooting from air pistol and rifle to full bore long range rifle at Bisley.

TEGC is affiliated to the NRA, NSRA and SEESA.

Our ranges are at Lubards Farm Lodge in Rayleigh, Essex. This is a 25 yards indoor range with 5 firing points and seating area, kitchen and toilet facilities. For more information about when we are open and how to find us, please see the About Us tab.

The club also shoots at Bisley, Surrey on the first Sunday of each month and has a mixture of distances from 100 yards to 1000 yards. Although we mainly use 200 yards and 600 yards.

The club is run on a safe but friendly manner. We train prospective members on the safety of shooting, which includes how to handle and use a number of different firearms to a competent standard i.e.. the NRA Safe System of Shooting.
